THE AMENDMENTS
These are the amendments that are related to this supreme court case, Miranda v. Arizona.
The 5th Amendment, ratified on December 15, 1791, refers to due process of law, self-incrimination, eminent domain, and double jeopardy. Miranda didn't know about his rights about self-incrimination so he confessed of doing a crime without evidence. Also, the police assumed that he knew about his rights.
